On 1. March Holi, the Festival of Colors, was celebrated again. I remember years ago when we were trekking through Nepal, we arrived back in the city of Khandbari right on the day of Holi. At first the kids did not dare to ‘attack’ us with their colors, but after we made some feints we were quickly treated to all the colored powders (and water) as well.

Deworm the world is an initiative to spread deworming tablets through schools wherever it is needed. That does not sound very sexy, but is very necessary and relatively ‘easy’ to do. Not only does a prevent deaths but also a lot of debilitating illnesses like blindness or elephantiasis.
